Un equipo, toda la empresa, o varias empresas en la misma sala. Buildathons in-company, tu equipo extendido de IA, o el evento multi-empresa — elegí según cuán lejos quieras llegar.
El producto estrella: half day para un equipo, full day para toda la empresa construyendo en paralelo sobre sus propios procesos — como el REM Day de Calm. Con Arranque como puerta de entrada y el workshop de 4hs como profundización posterior para un equipo puntual.
Conocer el buildathonAcompañamiento sostenido: sesiones semanales construyendo con tu equipo, iniciativas priorizadas con los líderes y soporte entre medio — hasta que vuelen solos. No es un curso: es un equipo al lado.
Conocer StudioEl primer formato donde equipos de distintas empresas construyen, en la misma sala, soluciones de IA a sus propios problemas internos. Una mañana de sábado, cada quien con su problema real. Edición curada: aplicás y, si hay fit, te confirmamos.

Una tarde, un problema concreto de tu trabajo, una IA al lado. Salís con un MFP — un minimum functional product: algo básico, pero que ya funciona y se puede usar al día siguiente.
Tu propio problema enseña más que cualquier curso. Y lo que armás queda — se documenta, se pasa al equipo, y se replica en la próxima mesa de tu empresa. Así arrancan los cambios reales: de adentro hacia afuera, de a un MFP por vez.

With AI, that turns out to be exactly what's needed — because the tools advance on their own while you figure out what you actually want to build.
And that's where the mate comes in. Because while AI works, we talk. We understand the context, test ideas, adjust. A good Mate & Build session feels more like a great conversation than a technical class.
What moves me most about building with AI isn't the technology — it's the face of the person on the other side when something that didn't exist two hours ago suddenly works. That "I didn't know this was possible today" reminds me why I do it every time.
And today Mate & Build is more than me: senior co-facilitators and AI Champs we train inside each company. That's what lets us run a full-day buildathon with every area of a company building at once — me up front, the team on the field.
